[Regal has been a fan of Christmas ever since he discovered it in is first year here in Luceti. Not only is it an excuse to give to others, but there's just something about the atmosphere and the decorations that make him happy, that feeling of closeness with one's friends and family.
The perfect opportunity to do something he's been trying to work up the nerve to try again ever since that disastrous little incident back in October. And it's even snowing, to make the scene even more perfect! So he'll just be waiting until after dinner when the snow has slowed down a little before he puts his plan into action, ring box secure in his pocket as he heads out into the living room of House 27.
