[Regal is out walking through the village, clad in his prisoner outfit instead of his usual suit. Anyone who gets close enough will notice that he seems to be followed by some... rather unusual music, much to his perpetual embarrassment. He's also found himself back in handcuffs, though at least this time they're only on one wrist, the other cuff dangling freely.]
